When my health became a priority because I knew that I could feel and be better - sure didn't want to end up with Alzheimer's like my dad or diabetes/heart disease like my mom, I invested in time with webinars. When I came to MHH, I was experiencing high blood pressure to the point of waking in the night with my pulse pounding and chronic headaches that became debilitating at at times. That led to an ER visit since I thought I might be having a stroke. After an EKG & blood test showing nothing by their standards, I knew I needed to look for something on a holistic or functional medicine approach to getting to the root of what was causing my symptoms.I found the tests so informative. I learned much about what toxins I had primarily coming from pesticides and herbicides. I was totally surprised by that but then began my journey to learn where it was coming from which MHH made available. After about two months of doing a detox and eating a clean all organic diet, my headaches stopped and my blood pressure came down significantly, and I also began to experience improved digestive issues. Thank goodness you do this work to help people thrive. I have struggled with anxiety, panic & depression since a teenager. It’s hard being sick, and it’s expensive too… but you don’t have to be on that road anymore. If what we’ve been teaching you makes sense and resonates with you in your heart and mind, you have a chance to change that. I decided to join Modern Holistic Health because of concerns regarding my long-term brain health. After several serious head injuries, I was left with symptoms of post-concussion, depression and anxiety.
